We made fried green tomatoes- and it was a SUCCESS! Not too hard to make and addictive to eat. It’s true, I was inspired by that 90s movie with Jessica Tandy. She sold me on them and I had to try it! Found out, the thicker the slice, the tarter and juicier they are inside, which was best- a really fine balance. I’m in love!
